Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of automated processes. You will move beyond simple recording, using
UiPath
,
Power Automate
,
Python
, and
.NET/C#
to build robust, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions. Whether you are a talented junior developer or an experienced Automator, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to convert manual business specifications into tangible technical realities

- Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday, 08:00-14:00

Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Technical Competencies:
- RPA Platforms:
Hands-on experience or academic projects involving
UiPath
(Studio, Orchestrator) or
Microsoft Power Automate
(Cloud/Desktop flows). - Programming Logic:
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts. - Scripting Languages:
Proficiency in
Python
is required; knowledge of
C# / .NET
is highly valued for advanced customization. - Data Handling:
Ability to work with structured data (SQL, Excel) and unstructured data (OCR, JSON, XML).

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Certifications:
UiPath Certified Professional (UiRPA/UiARD) or Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate. - DevOps Knowledge:
Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines for RPA. - API Experience:
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Build:
Design and develop efficient, well-structured automation workflows using
UiPath
and
Microsoft Power Automate
, adhering to industry best practices (e.g., ReFramework).Advanced Integration:
Utilize
Python
for data processing scripts and
C#/.NET
to invoke custom code, handle complex logic, or integrate with APIs/Web Services where standard activities fall short.Requirements Gathering:
Cooperate with client stakeholders and internal Business Analysts to analyze process feasibility, capture business rules, and translate them into functional technical specifications.Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and user manuals.Testing & Quality Assurance:
Execute rigorous testing phases (Unit, System, and User Acceptance Testing) to ensure bots are resilient, error-free, and handle business exceptions gracefully.Support & Optimization:
Monitor deployed processes, troubleshoot runtime errors, and implement change requirements to optimize code for scalability and performance.
