IT Manager
to join our team in
Limassol
.

Our ideal Candidate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of the company's IT services across both cloud and on-premises environments. This role combines the responsibilities of a technical lead, solutions architect, operations manager, and information security specialist. It involves both hands-on work and strategic oversight of contractors, budgets, and IT service architecture.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management

• Plan and manage IT budgets, Asset management, including procurement of equipment and services.
• Design and implement IT infrastructure architecture, including internal documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and SaaS providers.
• Participate in the design and delivery of digitalisation and automation projects.

Business Applications & Service Management

• Oversee administration of enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, SAP B1, Procore, MS PP.
• Manage licenses, user roles, access rights, and security for corporate and SaaS services (including Social Media Platforms and integration tools).
• Lead initial configuration of SaaS services for internal departments and monitor service utilisation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors managing core business systems (CRM, ERP, HR, MES, TMS).

Information Security & Access Management

• Manage identity and access control systems: Azure AD, Entra ID, Bitwarden, Microsoft Secure Centre, DLP.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Implement Zero Trust policies and conduct regular access audits across business applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to security and infrastructure responsibilities.

Infrastructure & Support (as part of the current team)

• Maintain and develop cloud infrastructure and residual on-premises systems (Azure, GCP, Cloudways, Cloudflare, on-site servers).
• Administer networks, VPNs, workstations (Windows/macOS, JAMF), and telephony systems (MS Teams, Avaya, Zadarma).
• Ensure monitoring and metric collection using New Relic, Azure Monitoring and Grafana.
• Lead internal support team and manage external IT service providers.
• Handle incident management and SLA compliance using Jira Service Management and SolarWinds.
• Oversee ITSM, MS Intune, Asset management, CCTV systems, access control, and second-line support operations.

Requirements for the position:

• University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Proven experience as a senior system administrator, IT architect, or IT function lead.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure challenges and regulatory context in Cyprus/EU (including GDPR).
• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, auditing, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Power Platform
• Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
