Spotware Systems is looking for a Product Manager to lead cTrader Store — a B2C marketplace for trading tools and applications. You'll own growth, unit economics, and product strategy for the Store while orchestrating a large set of integrations (KYC/AML, payments, analytics) and building a thriving supplier–user ecosystem.
 

Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the Store (assortment, monetization, trust & safety, geographic expansion), aligning priorities together with the General Manager.
  • Manage the full B2C funnel: acquisition → conversion → payment → activation → retention → repeat purchases; build growth loops (referrals, promos, bundles, subscriptions).
  • Own integrations end‑to‑end: KYC/AML identity and business verification; payment gateways (cards, local methods, subscriptions, refunds/chargebacks); tax/invoicing; anti‑fraud & risk scoring; analytics (product analytics, CDP/ETL, BI reporting).
  • Launch and iterate core storefront experiences: catalog & product pages, search/recommendations, cart/checkout, billing & subscriptions, account management, reviews/ratings, and support flows.
  • Run A/B and causal experiments (pricing, promos, checkout UX, recommender logic).
  • Drive delivery with Engineering, Design, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Support, and external providers; maintain a clear backlog and execution rhythm.
  • Build the partner program: seller onboarding, SLAs/reporting, merchandising, and reward/rev‑share models.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in product management for B2C products
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing without authority across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
  • Hands‑on background in web projects (SPA/PWA) and consumer‑grade storefronts; familiarity with performance, SEO/ASO for web, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong product analytics & experimentation skills: cohort analysis, hypothesis validation, A/B testing, unit‑economics metrics.
  • Understanding of trading/investing products - nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to build partnerships with vendors and solution providers.
  • Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of scaling solutions quickly.
