We're looking for an
Automation QA Engineer
to join one of our flagship projects - Hero Wars: Dominion Era. In this role, you'll take ownership of the test automation track, running audits, optimizing the framework, building reliable processes, and mentoring the Manual QA team in automation practices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining automated tests (Python) and expanding coverage
  • Performing load testing using K6 upon requests from product teams
  • Developing and improving automated testing systems and infrastructure
  • Enhancing the existing test automation framework, including AI-assisted tools
  • Covering regression suites with automated tests

We hope that you have

  • 3+ years of experience in automated testing of web applications
  • 1+ year of experience in performance/load testing
  • Experience with BDD scenarios using Gherkin
  • Strong skills in designing and extending test frameworks
  • Experience configuring and executing load tests on dedicated servers
  • Ability to analyze load testing results and draw insights
  • Experience with AI assistants in IDEs (e.g., JetBrains AI, Junie) for test generation/refactoring
  • Experience working as the solo Automation QA on a project
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
  • Experience mentoring Manual QA engineers on automation topics

Nice to have

  • Experience testing games or game-related services
  • Hands-on experience setting up automation from scratch
  • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for test and load environments
  • Skills with screenshot and visual test post-processing tools
