Sales Specialist E-Commerce, Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: Euro 30,000 gross per year + commission

Emerald Zebra is hiring for a global fintech company providing the financial backbone to online merchants scaling across borders. They're a trusted partner to platforms, PSPs, and digital-first retailers delivering fast, secure, and scalable payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS).
They're growing fast and looking for a commercially sharp Sales Specialist who knows the e-commerce space and wants to play a pivotal role in expanding their client base.

What you'll be doingThis isn't a numbers-for-numbers-sake sales role. You'll be selling solutions that matter ones that directly help global merchants move money, access new markets, and operate more efficiently.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Identifying and onboarding new e-commerce clients across multiple international markets.
- Selling Payments and IBAN products, with the ability to cross-sell card issuing and BaaS solutions.
- Leveraging your network of e-commerce platforms, PSPs, and gateways to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Business Development, converting leads into long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Tracking trends and researching markets to spot new opportunities in e-commerce payments.
- Negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from intro to contract.
- Ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements and staying updated on payments regulations.
- Representing the brand at expos and industry events across Europe your travel and expenses are fully covered.
- Building deep client relationships that result in satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
What you'll bring
You're a confident communicator with a consultative approach and a knack for spotting the win-win in every conversation.
You'll need:
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- years experience in sales or business development within fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- A strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and cross-border settlements.
- A proven ability to close B2B deals with mid to large-sized clients.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven mindset and comfort working in a high-velocity environment.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

Package Details
The annual salary for the sales roles will be €30,000, and there is also the commission will be paid at 5% on all sales net revenue.
