Urbanica Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Reception Host, Night Security & Customer Service Agent at The Quality Lodge — a charming 26-room hotel located in the beautiful beach area of Oroklini.

What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring the safety and security of guests and smooth night reception operations
Providing excellent customer support to all short-term unit guests
Performing night reception duties independently and as part of a team
Conducting security checks and hotel patrols
Checking guests in and out
Handling reservations through our system
Answering phone calls and assisting with guest inquiries
Reporting maintenance issues or damages to management
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong guest-service focus
Good problem-solving skills
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Fluent English required
Greek or other languages a plus
Experience in hospitality is an advantage
