Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services with a focus on system integrations.
- Enhance quality processes through automated testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams during integration and implementation phases.
- Identify and resolve performance issues and software bugs.
- Maintain code quality, structure, and automation.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and development practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- 3 years of experience in software development, ideally using C#.
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Background in the financial services or brokerage industry.
