Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Limassol

About the position
: we invite you to the role of Warehouse Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile
• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized
• Reporting about all breakages and spills
• Assisting to other staff in the department during the day
• Preparation of clients' orders and arrangement of collection by the forwarder
• Exploring current market opportunities for local logistic operations
• Managing international and local shipments through forwarders
• Monitoring of outstanding orders regularly
• Reviewing timeliness of scheduled deliveries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistic and warehouse operations for at least 2 years
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work and move heavy objects
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
• Team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
