Job Summary:

We are looking to recruit a
Finance Analyst
for full-time employment based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our dynamic Finance Team, particularly in interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve business performance.

Other main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate systematic Internal Audit processes to ensure safeguarding of company assets and report findings to management.
  • Assistance as required to support monthly management reporting and annual Budget process.
  • Work with IT department / Finance team to support developments to improve and streamline business processes and data integrity.
  • Support annual external audit process.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and evaluation to support strategic business projects.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Head of Finance.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

We're seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.

  • Bachelor or equivalent formal education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior relevant accounting and finance experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with BI / Data analysis tools would be an advantage
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing relevant computer software and tools.
