Ratarious Management, one of the leading consulting firms operating in Cyprus and across 104 countries, is seeking an Automation Engineer in Limassol to lead our client's division—part of one of the biggest groups in Cyprus. This is a senior role for a proactive professional to design, implement, and maintain automated systems that improve efficiency and reliability across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Program Automation Systems: Use programming languages and automation tools to create systems for controlling machinery and processes with minimal human intervention.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Ensure systems function correctly and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain & Optimize Systems: Oversee ongoing system maintenance to improve performance and reliability.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to team members and offer technical support for automated systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to align automation strategies with business goals.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification in automation tools or platforms (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems, instrumentation, and process control.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Experience with robotics, IoT, or cloud-connected automation (advantageous).
