Project Overview:

You will join the BI & Data team - the bridge between raw data and business strategy.

The team transforms data from multiple sources (CRM, payments, marketing platforms, etc.) into actionable insights, delivering dashboards and metrics that guide decisions across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.

As a BI Engineer, you will act as the Metrics and Reports Architect — designing and maintaining dashboards, standardizing KPI definitions, ensuring data consistency, and enabling self-service analytics across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring performance and usability even with large datasets.
  • Define, document, and maintain the company's KPI Catalog / Metrics Dictionary, serving as the single source of truth for business metrics.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to design efficient semantic layers and data marts.
  • Validate data accuracy and alignment between source systems and BI layers — acting as the quality gatekeeper for business intelligence.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes and ensure timely data delivery across departments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Continuously improve dashboard design standards, visualization frameworks, and data accessibility.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL or MySQL) — capable of writing optimized analytical queries.
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Tableau - must, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Understanding of data modeling principles, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.
  • Strong sense of data accuracy, consistency, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in
    iGaming
    or FinTech analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools for data transformations and automation.
  • Understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality assurance frameworks.
