DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Support daily HR administration such as maintaining employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1) strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices within the local market.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, call centers) is an advantage.
  • Must already have work authorization to work within Cyprus.
  • Working schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM.
