Role OverviewThe company is seeking a strong analytical specialist to support pricing and monetization across its multi-product ecosystem.
You will work across pricing analytics, competitive research, and financial modelling to help product teams and leadership make data-driven pricing decisions.
This is not a Head of Pricing role — strategic decisions remain with the Board.
Your mission is to provide the analytical foundation for those decisions.
• Conduct deep pricing analytics across multiple product lines.
• Build and maintain pricing models, including sensitivity, elasticity, and "what-if" simulations.
• Analyze competitors' pricing structures, packages, discounting practices, and monetization models.
• Develop pricing packages, discount logic, promotional structures, and financial justification for proposed changes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing updates, monetization improvements, and product positioning.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing scenarios on revenue, margins, conversion, and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams on pricing initiatives.
• Prepare clear presentations that justify pricing and monetization proposals.
• Strong experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, product monetization, or revenue management.
• Ability to build advanced pricing models (LTV, elasticity, sensitivity, unit economics, segmented pricing, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (nested logic, arrays, modelling, scenarios).
• Solid experience working with data: SQL, dashboards (Tableau / Power BI), analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and pricing drivers.
• Experience conducting competitive market analysis.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks.
• Experience creating pricing recommendations supported by data and financial logic.
• Experience in product analytics, strategy, pricing, consulting, FP&A, or revenue operations.
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, trading, brokerage, or B2B technology is a strong plus.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to simplify complex models into clear insights.
• High level of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present pricing proposals to stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch.
