We're Hiring: Business Analyst FinTech

What You'll Do:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software projects
  • Translate needs into clear specifications, user stories, and workflows
  • Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment
  • Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery cycles
  • Assist in UAT and improve business processes through user feedback
  • Promote collaboration between business and technical teams

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English (C1+) with strong communication skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (FinTech/financial services preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development cycles
  • Proficiency in documentation, workflows, and requirement management
