We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Middle General QA Engineer
professional to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves developing test plans, conducting inspections, identifying issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and clarify requirements with engineers and project managers to ensure proper understanding.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide feedback.
  • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Assurance strategy.
  • Write, review, and maintain test cases for products, tasks, and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute automation scripts where applicable.
  • Test current and new products, identifying deficiencies and risks.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking systems.
  • Discuss fixes and improvements with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Suggest and implement solutions to identified product problems.
  • Investigate product quality and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent and high-quality project execution.
  • Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and critical features.
  • Monitor and improve QA processes, identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Oversee and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality data and metrics to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date test documentation and QA records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in QA for mobile and web applications in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services software (Forex experience preferred). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test case management systems and defect tracking tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of SQL, API testing, or programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with Product and Development teams.
  • Certifications in QA, Six Sigma, or related fields are desirable.
