DevOps Engineer

This role is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on DevOps and system engineering with real ownership over internal operations, working closely with multiple teams to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.What You Will Be Doing:Design, deploy, and maintain internal infrastructure and services, including containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab) and maintain web infrastructure such as Nginx.Monitor system health, performance, and availability; troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-level issues.Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.Support internal tools and platforms, working closely with internal developers to deploy and maintain applications.Ensure secure access to internal systems through access reviews, permission audits, and clear documentation of operational procedures.Participate in incident management and operational processes, including automation of internal workflows, finance-related tooling, and vendor coordination.About You:Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container-based environments, with practical knowledge of Kubernetes.Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, including hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Nginx and Linux-based systems.Good understanding of networking fundamentals and system-level troubleshooting.Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, and monitoring/logging systems is a plus.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Organized and communicative, able to manage both technical and operational responsibilities effectively.What We Offer:Remote-first, trust-based culture.
