Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
We are currently looking for a Head of DevOps.
Key responsibilities and your contribution:

Strategic development of the DevOps department: building Duty/SRE teams, organizational structure, and role definitions

Training and mentoring on DevOps/SRE best practices

Establishing on-call and incident response processes
-
Managing bare metal infrastructure with Kubernetes
-
Supporting the tech stack: MongoDB, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Zabbix, Grafana, Sentry, VictoriaMetrics
-
Optimizing performance and security using Cloudflare
-
Implementing production readiness and platform standards
-
Standardizing monitoring and alerting
-
Improving CI/CD processes
-
Building proactive incident response capabilities
Your qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience as DevOps
-
Experience with Kubernetes for managing and scaling production environments
-
Familiarity with infrastructure in high-load systems (bare metal/clouds)
-
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and pipeline optimization
-
Practical use of Zabbix, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics for monitoring and alerting
-
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
-
Hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ in distributed architectures

Familiar with elk stack

Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, including routers, load balancers, and server rack installations. Proficient in advanced Cloudflare configuration and performance/security tuning.
