Job Description:

An innovative digital media company is seeking a Media Buyer to help scale performance marketing campaigns across global channels. This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, and commercially drivenready to transform data into action and grow ROI.

You'll drive high-performing campaigns from planning to execution, analyze data to identify new opportunities, and build strong partnerships that fuel digital growth. If you love numbers, strategy, and making an impact, this could be your ideal next step.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns

  • Analyze performance metrics daily to inform future decisions

  • Negotiate quality online traffic at competitive pricing

  • Monitor budget allocation and provide regular performance updates

  • Design and run A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes

  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships

  • Identify and onboard new traffic sources and affiliate partners

  • Represent the company at international conferences and events

All About You:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Economics, or related field

  • Previous online marketing experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; detail-oriented

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages a bonus

  • Naturally curious, goal-driven, and performance-minded
