·       Luma Developers is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Paphos. This role combines direct client sales with business development activities, focusing on expanding our business network and driving new opportunities for our residential projects. The right candidate will be a confident communicator, results-driven, and eager to build strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Interaction:

Conduct property viewings with clients (initial and follow-up).

Maintain ongoing communication to guide clients through the decision-making process.

Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.

  • Business Development:

Proactively expand the company's sales pipeline by sourcing new agents and agencies.

Strengthen relationships with existing agents through regular communication.

Represent Luma at meetings, events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team to align sales and BD strategies.

Share market insights and feedback to refine sales approaches.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for leads, agents, and clients.

Languages

·       English – Advanced Level (Additional languages are a big plus)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role involving face-to-face client interaction (any industry).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or pipeline expansion.
  • Proficient with digital tools (CRM systems, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
