The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing authentic Russian cuisine, with a strong focus on quality and presentation. You will be responsible for creating delicious traditional dishes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present authentic Russian dishes

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Manage food inventory and supplies

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service

Innovate and develop new recipes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Russian Cook or similar role

Knowledge of traditional Russian cooking techniques and ingredients

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills
