Role Overview

We are seeking a
PPC Specialist
to join our marketing team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns to drive quality leads and maximize ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in ad creation, and a proven track record

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as
    Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other digital channels
    .
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams on engaging creatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and strategies to improve results.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing
    PPC campaigns
    , preferably in
    financial services, forex, or fintech
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Professional proficiency in
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in LATAM, EU, or global financial markets campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or other PPC platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO and affiliate/partner marketing.
