The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team and further strengthen our presence in the Cyprus market. In this role, you will manage and expand an existing client portfolio while developing new business opportunities among real estate agencies, developers, and professionals in the property sector. Your mission will be to ensure that every client extracts maximum value from our platforms, while you identify ways to grow their business through Spitogatos' innovative digital solutions.
You'll act as a trusted consultant, combining sales excellence with a deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
- Identify new opportunities and proactively approach prospective customers in the Cypriot market.
- Present and promote Spitogatos' advertising and technology solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner.
- Handle renewals, upgrades, and upselling, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Support clients in using our platforms effectively, providing training and performance insights.
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate client data, contact history, and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align client feedback with product development and campaign initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify and act upon emerging opportunities.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in working with the Cyprus market B2B sales or account management, ideally in digital advertising or online services.
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple accounts with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and digital products.
