Job description:
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the operations and sales cycle and will act as an Operations Executive for our clientele. They should possess strong negotiation skills, confidence in building new client relationships, and the ability to maintain existing ones.

is a member of the TMS Group, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided.
- Research potential vendors and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth orders for each vessel.
- Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Provide admin and operational support.
- Manage internal database and filling system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular interactions and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor daily inquiries, quotations, and orders with the operations/administration team.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customer needs and vessel requirements.
- Manage a suppliers
- Report to management Head of Lubricants / Director
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and negotiate favourable terms.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to share market insights, sales strategies, and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar role in the shipping industry.
- Bachelor's degree/College diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Sales or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken is must
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and international supply-chain operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when vessel schedules require it.
