Key Responsibilities

• Identifying trends and regularly testing new strategies, promoting product lines.
• Developing and implementing an ASO strategy focused on improving conversion rates across all available localizations.
• Developing hypotheses for improving app search rankings and testing them through experiments.
• Adapting text and graphic metadata to regional specifics.
• Boosting install conversion across all localizations and improving organic discoverability.
• Preparing reports on the effectiveness of various ASO strategies.
• Analyzing ranking mechanisms and promptly adapting to their changes.
• Analyzing competitors' ASO strategies and participating in market research.

Requirements

• Practical experience in ASO for the App Store with a focus on CPP (Custom Product Pages) and PPO (Product Page Optimization), running A/B tests, and achieving conversion rate growth.
• Ability to link CPPs with keyword and creative clusters (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and understand the performance funnel.
• Skill in formulating and evaluating hypotheses, accurately calculating and evaluating results.
• Experience preparing briefs for designers (icons, screenshots, videos) with clear hypotheses, references, and success criteria.
• Ability to work with keywords and utilize various tactics in text optimization.
• Localization experience: adapting visuals and text for different geographies, taking into account cultural specifics.
• Knowledge of Apple Guidelines (rules for icons, screenshots, videos, and text) and experience minimizing rejection rates.
• Proficiency in ASO analytics tools (AppTweak/AppFollow, App Store Connect).
