Purpose of Role/Summary: 

The Product Analyst is responsible for evaluating and articulating the value proposition of products to support strategic decision-making and commercial success. The role focuses on conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of product performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and financial outcomes. By providing clear, evidence-based insights, the Product Value Analyst informs pricing strategies, product positioning, and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maximizing return on investment.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Translate product features and competitive USPs into robust technical architectures and system designs optimized for high-volume Forex retail trading environments
• Assess technical feasibility, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment with low-latency execution requirements, regulatory compliance, and multi-platform user access
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to align solutions with infrastructure, data security, and scalability standards critical for real-time trading platforms
• Develop and maintain detailed solution architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation to support efficient development and regulatory audits
• Define and manage integration points with core systems, including CRM platforms, trading engines, liquidity providers, KYC/AML solutions, and payment gateways
• Contribute to effort estimation, capacity planning, and delivery timelines, ensuring realistic execution within fast-paced B2C release cycles
• Recommend scalable, future-proof design patterns with a focus on performance optimization, system reliability, and seamless user experience across web and mobile channels
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to ensure delivery of secure, compliant, and customer-centric Forex trading solutions
• And any other duties required by the role

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in software architecture, technical product ownership, or solution design
• English Proficiency is essential, any other language would be considered an advantage
• Deep understanding of web/mobile app architectures, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Experience in financial services, especially in trading platforms, CRMs, or secure transaction systems
• Proficiency in producing architectural documentation (UML, data flow diagrams, system blueprints)
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment
