Senior Civil Engineer / Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer
to take an active role in managing and overseeing our portfolio of logistics and light-industrial buildings across Europe.

The successful candidate will ensure the technical integrity of existing assets, supervise ongoing construction and renovation projects, and coordinate with contractors, project managers, and tenants to guarantee quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the technical condition of existing properties
• Supervise construction and renovation projects across multiple European locations
• Review and approve technical documentation, designs, and budgets
• Coordinate with external project managers, contractors, and tenants
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Report to company management on project progress, risks, and recommendations
• Take a proactive role in identifying and resolving technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in construction supervision or property management
• Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance, and project execution
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple international projects independently
• English fluency required; Russian or German is an advantage
