Senior Dealer

Role Overview

The
Senior Dealer
will play a key role in the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of trading operations. This position involves working directly with CFD brokers and prop firms to ensure smooth platform functionality, proper execution flows, and accurate risk management oversight.

This is a
full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday), including shifts
, depending on experience and operational requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrading Operations & Dealing

• Monitor real-time trading activity, exposures, and risk levels.
• Execute hedging strategies and maintain liquidity provider relationships.
• Manage pricing, spread settings, execution rules, and dealing parameters.
• Investigate trading anomalies, suspicious behaviour, and platform irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with internal dealing policies and industry standards.

Platform & Technical Analysis

• Analyse MT4/MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader or similar trading platforms.
• Identify issues related to execution, pricing, plugins, configuration, or platform stability.
• Support onboarding and setup of new brokerages and prop trading clients.
• Work with IT/Support teams to troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare daily trading reports, exposure summaries, and risk dashboards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve trading operations.
• Assist in system upgrades, automation, and optimization projects.

Client Support & Collaboration

• Provide dealing-related guidance to CFD brokers and Prop Firms.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and LPs.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in
  CFD dealing operations
  , risk monitoring, or platform analysis.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 is a strong advantage).
• Understanding of CFD/FX products, market structure, and brokerage operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a
  fast-paced, high-pressure
  environment.
• Excellent communication skills in
  English (spoken & written)
  .
• Bachelor's degree in
  Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field
  .

Preferred

• Experience with bridge systems, liquidity providers, or FIX protocol.
• Exposure to Prop Firm trading environments.
• Ability to interpret market data and macroeconomic events.
• Interest in continued professional learning and development.
