Procurement Specialist & Lead Negotiator
to join our team.

Role Overview:
*We are seeking an individual with strong negotiation skills to join our team as a key driver of supplier performance, cost efficiency, and strategic sourcing. This role goes beyond traditional procurement — you will serve as the primary negotiator for both existing and future supplier relationships, ensuring the company's commercial interests are protected and optimised.
Your role at HFM:*

  • Lead all supplier negotiations for pricing, contracts, terms, and service agreements.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential vendors to drive continuous improvement and mutual value.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, conduct benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Production, Legal) to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant procurement regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and emerging suppliers to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Maximum 5 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven success as a lead negotiator in supplier or vendor contract discussions.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, pricing models, and cost structures.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable cost reductions or process improvements.
