On Behalf of our client in Limassol, we are looking for a
Corporate Lawyer
to join their team.

Industry: Consulting Services - Compliance Regulatory Services

Responsibilities:


• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.


• Maintain and update corporate records, statutory registers, and company files for local and international entities.


• Handle corporate administration matters, including incorporations, amendments, annual updates, and changes in directors/shareholders.


• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in multiple jurisdictions.


• Manage regulatory filings and corporate submissions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.


• Support internal departments with legal queries, document preparation, and day-to-day operational legal needs.


• Assist with due diligence, document checks, and ad hoc legal projects.


• Maintain and organise legal templates, databases, and document management systems.


• Review the drafted Policies, Terms and Conditions of Business and other related documents.

Requirements:


• University degree in Law


• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including company administration and documentation.


• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Services, Investment or i-gaming Firms


• It will be a advantage, experience with Regulated Financial Services or gaming Firms


• Understanding of cross-border corporate matters will be considered a plus.


• Fluency in English both written and verbal.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.


• CySEC Advanced or AML Certificates will be considered an advantage, though not mandatory.


• Drafting skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
