HostingB2B is expanding globally with strong growth across three business lines:
- Premium Hosting
, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Servers & GPU VPS (SCALAI) for B2B Business - Compliant Hosting.
– Fully compliant iGaming hosting provider in Cyprus, Malta, and Curaçao - Managed Services
– Managed IT & Web Services - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a
Head of Sales
to lead our commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, build partnerships, and convert high-value inbound leads from partners and global expos (ICE Barcelona, iGaming NEXT Malta, SBC Lisbon).
This is a
group-level leadership role
with direct impact on revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Sales Across All Three Companies
- Own the full sales cycle as described above.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across iGaming, fintech, and SaaS sectors.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between companies.
2. Offshore Business Line — Commercial Ownership
- Manage all hosting leads
- Strengthen relationships and optimise parnership structures.
- Convert introductions and expo leads into paying clients.
3. HostingB2B Enterprise Hosting Sales
- Sell VPS, dedicated servers, cloud clusters, GPU VPS (SCALAI), and compliance hosting.
- Build hosting proposals for international iGaming operators.
- Collaborate with our
Technical Lead & Pre-Sales Engineer
to validate technical solutions.
4. Expo Strategy & Lead Management
- Prepare for and represent the company at global events:
- ICE Barcelona
- iGaming NEXT Malta
- GITEX UAE
- SBC Summit Lisbon
- Execute structured follow-up (SOP-driven) and maximise ROI from generated leads.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Build accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Maintain clean and organized pipeline in WHMCS CRM.
- Deliver weekly KPIs and monthly revenue reports to the CEO.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial documentation.
6. Partnership Development
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with CSPs, PSPs, game providers, affiliates, consultants, and technology vendors.
- Drive long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 5+ years in Hosting, Cloud, SaaS, iGaming, MSP, or similar B2B technical sales
- Strong understanding of cloud hosting, data centers, VPS, dedicated servers
- Familiarity with iGaming compliance hosting.
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with WHMCS or similar CRM/billing systems
- Experience attending or speaking at iGaming expos
- Existing relationships with CSPs, operators, or vendors in the iGaming ecosystem
- Technical background or ability to discuss infrastructure solutions (supported by Pre-Sales Engineer)
