Foreign Exchange Dealer

We are looking for a proactive Dealer to join our dealing desk team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in trading operations, but we also welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and develop their skills. The Dealer will be responsible for monitoring platforms, executing client orders, preparing reports, and supporting the company's trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor trading platforms and infrastructure (MT4/MT5 servers, YB bridge).
• Execute client orders promptly, ensuring execution quality in line with best execution standards.
• Monitor overall trading activity, manage exposure, and apply hedging strategies to optimize risk upon approval of senior management.
• Analyze client behavior and market data, producing internal reports and actionable insights.
• Configure and maintain trading systems; test new software versions and support release cycles.
• Collaborate with other departments (Back Office, IT, Compliance, Support) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular operational reports.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or IT.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate (or willingness to obtain it).
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role within a brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and liquidity connectivity solutions (e.g., oneZero, YB, PrimeXM).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Full training will be provided.
