What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute the Uzbekistan social strategy across Telegram, Instagram, TikTok (plus YouTube Shorts where relevant).

  • Plan a 4–6 week content calendar: local insights, seasonal hooks, UZ-specific trends.

  • Write and localize copy in Russian and Uzbek; brief designers/video editors for visuals, reels, and stories.

  • Drive community management: comments/DMs, reputation handling, fast response SLAs.

  • Launch promos (bonuses, tournaments, new games/features) and run A/B tests on mechanics and creatives.

  • Build creator/UGC pipelines (micro/nano influencers, Telegram publishers) and manage integrations.

  • Track and report on KPI: Engagement Rate, CTR, real follower growth, leads/visits from social, and moderation SLAs.

  • Partner closely with Retention/CRM/Design/Performance to align calendars, UTMs, and creative packs.

  • Keep everything brand-safe and compliant for the local market.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You're fluent in Russian and comfortable producing content in Uzbek (native review is a plus).

  • You live on Telegram/Instagram/TikTok and understand short-form, trends, and local communities.

  • Your copywriting & storytelling make people stop scrolling.

  • You can brief creatives and have a solid eye for visuals (Figma/Canva/CapCut basics help).

  • You plan, measure, and adapt quickly based on data.

  • iGaming/Betting/Crypto experience is a bonus, not a deal-breaker — we value potential and learning agility.
