A International business with presence all around the world is seeking for a Russian Speaking Purchase Manager for its HQ office in Paphos.

The purchasing manager's responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs.

The successful candidate must be sincere, dedicated, positive, ability to multitask. The candidate will be in charge of handing the orders from existing suppliers and look for new suppliers in Asia, EU and south America.

Purchasing Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Identify new suppliers
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Purchasing Manager Requirements:

  • Experience as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • English both verbal and written
  • Negotiation skills

Remuneration: The right salary package will be paid in accordance to experience.
