seeking on behalf of our client an
ARCHITECT
(AR 095B795LI)-LIMASSOL
Architects plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures,
blending functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements. They manage
projects from initial concept and client consultations to final construction,
ensuring compliance with safety codes, zoning laws, and budgets. Key tasks
include producing detailed blueprints using CAD, Revit software, etc and
coordinating with engineers and contractors
Key Responsibilities
A. Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to determine project requirements, including budget, timeline, and aesthetic goals. Design Development: Creating conceptual designs, sketches, and detailed drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Project Management: Managing all phases of a project, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and planning applications. Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed specifications, construction documents, and blueprints for contractors and engineers. Construction Oversight: Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Collaboration: Working with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, as well as contractors and consultants to ensure project success. Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school. Licensure: Valid licensure to practice architecture Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and contract negotiation. Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials. Remuneration
