Key Responsibilities
• Standardise finance and accounting processes across the Group
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and external service providers
• Participate in ERP migration and implementation projects
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable financial data across multiple jurisdictions
• Help improve internal finance controls, procedures, and reporting standards Requirements
• Relevant qualification, CPA / ACA / ACCA as a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Big 4 audit or advisory in Cyprus as big advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with Cyprus local reporting requirements
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Fluent English, Greek or other language will be considered an advantage
• Experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or payments is highly preferred.
