Limassol, Cyprus PaymentIQ Full-time
About PaymentIQ PaymentIQ is a payment processing platform (SaaS) serving the online payments industry. We are a growing team of ~100 people across five countries, operating in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and evolve the PaymentIQ platform — translating customer needs, merchant feedback, and market trends into clear roadmap priorities, and working closely with engineering, commercial, and leadership to deliver value at scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Own your roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Define and prioritise initiatives based on customer demand, market opportunity, and strategic value.
• Prioritise competing demands with ambiguous inputs, communicate trade-offs clearly under pressure, and maintain a scale-up mindset — building for many customers, not just one.
• Write clear PRDs/specs covering functional requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate customer requests into scalable product decisions (not one-off customisation).
• Monitor product and feature health — adoption, usage, and error patterns — and drive improvements.
• Manage external partner and stakeholder relationships as they come up.
• Coordinate product launches via the product development lifecycle. Requirements
• 3-5 years product management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or online payments.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong ownership mindset — you chase answers, not assignments.
• Ability to prioritise ruthlessly using data and business impact (value engineering).
• Excellent stakeholder management (engineering, commercial, customers).
• Curiosity about AI/automation and how it can improve product workflows.
• Clear, structured communicator (written and verbal). Why Join Us?
• Standalone company, scale-up pace — decisions happen fast.
• Real ownership — you shape the roadmap, not just execute tickets.
• Global team, flat structure — direct access to engineering, commercial, and leadership.
• Mission: build the orchestration layer that powers resilient, intelligent payment routing.
