Leptos Estates, part of Leptos Group is looking for qualified Call Center Operators

Responsibilities

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Follow all communication procedures and guidelines during every customer interaction.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with call center team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidates must:

  • Live in Paphos.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Excellent written and verbal use of Greek and English languages.
  • Team player and results oriented.
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate Industry and/or Sales will be considered as an advantage.   
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
