About Us:
We are seeking a Corporate Administrator fluent in English and Greek. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience and previous dealings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies. Responsibilities include managing corporate administrative tasks, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Primary Duties:
- Manage corporate administrative tasks efficiently.
- Filing of documents / applications and incorporation of companies with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Updating corporate files and records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drafting and preparation of legal documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, share certificates.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience as corporate administrator.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication and organization skills.
