Retention Agent

We are looking for experienced Retention Agent (English desk) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

·       Management of data (leads) distributed.

·       Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activation

·       Ensure responsible trading and compliance to all regulations and company policies

·       Provide training to clients on the use of the Company platform and deposit process

·       Successfully present products by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations.

·       Ensure all information on new activations are completed accurately for Account managers

·       Ensure the constant flow of new business to the retention department

·       Complete special projects, and miscellaneous duties as prescribed by Management

·       Conclude 3 (three) First Time Deposits per day.

Requirements:

·       1+ years of works experience in Forex industry and same position or related - will be considered as a plus.

·       Fluent in English (both written and oral), any other languages will be considered as an advantage

·       Self-motivated and target driven

·       Proactive in daily tasks, positive personality

·       The desire to work for result

·       Based in Limassol, Cyprus

Who we are looking for:

• Retention agent experience from 1 year
• Work experience in unregulated and regulated company
• Fluent English
• Previous work experience – English market (UK, AU, Canada etc.)
• Average monthly deposit 100k and more
• Based in Cyprus (Limassol will be a plus)

No visa issues, must have a right to work in Cyprus (we not provide visa support)

Experience with crypto selling

• Salary based on agent’s experience
• Rewarding commission structure
• Working hours – 2 shifts on time period 10am to 10pm (8h + lunch break) Weekends off, just by management request
• Cyprus public holidays are paid extra if you do decide to work
• Official contract provided after 1 month trail period from company side

Office located in Limassol, in office we provide, snacks, soft drinks, coffee etc.
