Summary

As part of this expansion, CYBER RANGES is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Content to lead the CYBER RANGES Scenario Foundry. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven outstanding track record in the Cyber Security Workforce Development and cyber-range solution market with a passion for 360-degree cybersecurity learning, training, and consulting.

Role & responsibilities

  • Understanding the Training and Certification market and defining the annual CYBER RANGES content roadmap.
  • Leading the development of the CYBER RANGES Content Roadmap across skills development, Threat Emulation, Cyber drills and third parties.
  • Appreciation of the technological advances and best practices in experiential education
  • Leading the engagement with Third Parties’ content creation and integration.
  • Maintaining and improving CYBER RANGES Content Quality Assurance standards.
  • Leading the CYBER RANGES Scenario Foundry Team to meet the annual Content Roadmap
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing Teams to define and develop CYBER RANGES Content Products.
  • As a subject matter expert, Supporting Sales and Business Development activities.
  • Providing clear reports to the management team covering all required metrics for Planned, Forecast and Actual Content Development.
  • Working with the rest of the CYBER RANGES team in a professional and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in instructional design
  • 360-degree experience in cybersecurity across different domains
  • Proven experience in the development of large-scale training programmes to address an audience with different skillsets and job roles
  • Proven practical experience with Competence Frameworks including but not limited to NIST NICE
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with a multi-cultural, geographically distributed team
  • Quality-focused and result-oriented
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
