We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for JetBrains Data Tools. Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing for JetBrains Data Tools, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for JetBrains' suite of data-centric products. You will be responsible for expanding our market share, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data tools and a proven track record in technology marketing.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration for JetBrains Data Tools.
  • Define marketing objectives to drive overall business goals and ensure successful implementation of marketing plans.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and development opportunities for team members.
  • Define and enhance the brand identity and positioning of JetBrains Data Tools in the marketplace.
  • Manage development of compelling product narratives that highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of JetBrains Data Tools.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer needs, understand the competitive landscape, and define opportunities for JetBrains Data Tools.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively sell data tools.
  • Oversee development of sales kits, competitive analysis, and other support materials to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback, identify success stories, and generate case studies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with solid experience in data science, machine learning, or technology. A background in AI is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
  • An in-depth understanding of data tools and their applications in various industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with B2B marketing, product marketing, and brand management.
  • A proven ability to drive results and achieve marketing goals.
