As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Online Reputation Manager to join our Cyprus team and oversee critical administrative and financial functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Online Reputation Manager to manage the daily operation of online reputation management (ORM) work for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years experience in SEO (experience in ORM is a bonus), with a proven track record of effectively communicating with clients and managing suppliers remotely. Preference will be given to candidates with prior knowledge of supplier networks, forum engagement, and competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ongoing Management of Service Providers: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations with different ORM related service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content and services..
  • Specialization in Review Platforms Management: Demonstrate expertise in User-Generated Review (UGRs) monitoring, including familiarity with various platforms, updates etc. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize ORM strategies.
  • Client Management: Provide dedicated support to clients, foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Daily Management of Accounts: Maintain and manage online accounts on third-party platforms, social media networks, and app stores. Monitor and respond to user feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for clients and client managers. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Recruitment and Testing: Lead the recruitment and assessment process for new providers, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client requirements. Evaluate potential suppliers based on their capabilities, reliability, and compatibility with our objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO Terms, SEO tools and SEO best practices - Must.
  • Prior experience in ORM operations, preferably in a managerial capacity - Bonus
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in ORM strategies - Must.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and suppliers remotely.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Prior experience in client management and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working in the ORM industry.
  • Experience and knowledge with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in utilizing ORM tools and platforms for analytics and monitoring.
