Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define the development strategy for the company brands portfolio, including identifying key target markets, analyzing customer needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the process from ideation to product implementation, including planning, development, testing, and launch of new products and features.
  • Data Analysis and Market Trends: Actively study the iGaming market, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead the product department, including hiring, development, and motivation of the team, as well as ensuring effective collaboration with other departments within the company.
  • Innovation Development and Implementation: Explore new technologies and development methods to improve processes and products, as well as conduct experiments and test new ideas.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization and manage the product department budget to achieve set goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a similar role in the iGaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of product management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful products in the iGaming market.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make informed decisions based on data.
