What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for overseeing all IT development and maintenance activities related to our electronic money and payment services
  • Manage complex projects, leading teams of IT engineers (both in-house and outsourced)
  • Ensure the timely delivery of results

About you:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT development and maintenance
  • 5 years in a managerial role (e.g., CTO, team lead, or lead architect)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the banking, payments, e-money, or currency exchange sector
  • Strong understanding of core-banking and payment systems (both bespoke and third-party solutions)
  • In-depth knowledge of security techniques and applications for securing core-banking/payment systems
  • Experience managing remote IT engineering teams
