A prestigious hospitality and real estate group is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all Marketing, PR and Communication efforts in Paphos, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with both online and offline activities, and will be responsible for leading the branding strategy of the Resort at all pillars.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the Branding Strategy: Work closely with the Resort General Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Evaluate and Respond to Market Trends: Analyze the impact of the branding strategy and develop effective responses to market trends and changes.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with different business units, including Hotel, Residence/Rentals, and Sport, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategy: Create and implement a communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Build and Present Marketing Plans: Develop and present marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Market Development Activity: Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives directed towards achieving the company's goals.
  • Contribute to Marketing Research: Conduct market research to determine competitiveness, identify insights, and propose actions.
  • Train and Develop Team: Ensure that the department's team is trained and developed to implement the brand communication effectively.
  • Manage Budget: Comply with budgetary guidelines and process documents to maintain assigned budget categories.
  • Update Marketing Materials: Ensure that the website, promotional materials, and marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and position.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, and excellent command of English and Greek language.
