As the Talent Attraction Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our sourcing strategy, a trusted advisor to the hiring manager, leading a talented team to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates, using diverse AI sourcing channels. you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate experience. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be instrumental in building a high-performing team and shaping our employer brand.

What will your job look like?

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to effectively source and engage candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Amdocs Cyprus, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
