Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts payables/receivables, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Actively participate in the company budgeting process, prepare budgets and financial forecasts monthly, and analyze variances
  • Banking Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll process efficiently
  • Audit Cooperation: Collaborate with auditors to ensure accounting files are prepared as required
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in accounting for at least 5 years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or holder of LCCI Higher Level or any other relevant qualification
  • Payments/Transactional Banking: Experience in payments or transactional banking is essential; experience in cryptocurrency is highly desirable
  • High-Volume Transactions: Proven experience with extremely high-volume transaction data and multi-currency operations
  • Legal Knowledge: Experience with Russian legalization is highly desirable
  • Software Proficiency: Experienced user of Excel and Esoft accounting software
  • Languages: Good knowledge of English and Russian
