Job Description:

  • Responsible for the overall tenant experience and satisfaction, from A to Z.
  • Provide general administrative support to the tenant.
  • Coordinate purchases, get and negotiate quotations from suppliers and evaluate the best option.
  • Oversee and inspect properties (externally and internally) and be responsible of their maintenance, cleaning and renovation when required.
  • Oversee maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors and groundskeepers and implement safety policies.
  • Working closely with interior designers when needed, to complete projects based on needs and preferences.
  • Overseeing the renovation and or/development of any assigned Real Estate Assets
  • Authorize maintenance, repairs, equipment and supply expenditure.
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc administrative tasks from time to time.

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2 years' proven relevant experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and the procurement of vendors and suppliers.
  • A proven track record of managing real estate assets is essential, Rentals, Renovations & Constructions.
  • Fluency in Greek & English. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, well-organised with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with good initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Eager to travel if needed.
