Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to a well-established iGaming company

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing team Are you looking to build your international career in the thrilling iGaming industry and have a passion for helping people? Then this opportunity is for you
You can choose to work from the office in Remote , Malta, Sofia or Limassol or then fully remote from anywhere
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support in Arabic by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken;
- A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
