Building Front Desk Receptionist

Be the welcoming face of a high-end residential building on Limassol's seafront, just a few steps away from the beach.
As the building's front desk concierge/receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all building residents and their guests.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will provide a pleasant environment by greeting all building residents and/or their guests warmly upon their arrival and/or departure. The front desk concierge/receptionist will provide a high-quality, responsive service to queries and requests raised by residents in person, via phone and/or via email and they will create an overall positive interaction with clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting and greeting all building residents and visitors upon arrival and upon departure, in a polite and pleasant manner
- Ensure that the building is always secure, informing the tenants that they have visitors and verifying this with them prior to allowing visitors access into the building.
- Log all building visitors and keep a record of this for building security purposes
- Monitor stocks
- Handle resident bookings in the building's gym facility
- Distribute letters and/or parcels to the apartments
- Manage the overall building and ensure that it remains neat, tidy and in great working order
- Deliver apartment keys to new tenants and welcome them in the building warmly by familiarising them with the building's facilities and providing a walkthrough of their new apartment.
- Liaise and arrange with housekeeping to keep all common areas in impeccable order daily.
- Liaise and arrange with the building's handyman and/or the relevant maintenance team to address any issues in the apartments and/or the common areas of the building.
- Perform an inventory check and take photographs when a resident delivers an apartment back to our company and provide the office administration department with a relevant report as to the current condition of the apartment
- Act as a point of reference between the tenants and the management and address any issues in a timely manner, so that they can be solved efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the office administration department to ensure an overall smooth operation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
- Well organized, responsible and reliable
- High school diploma or qualification in secretarial and/or hospitality role
- Previous experience in a secretarial position and/or a hospitality related role will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills.

ΒΑΣΙΚΕΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ
- Ευγενική υποδοχή όλων των ενοίκων του κτηρίου και των επισκεπτών κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση
- Έλεγχος διατήρησης της ασφάλειας του κτηρίου, ενημερώνοντας τους ενοίκους όταν έχουν επισκέπτες (όπου αυτό θα επαληθεύεται προτού τους επιτραπεί η είσοδος)
- Καταγραφή όλων των επισκεπτών του κτηρίου και διατήρηση αρχείου για λόγους ασφαλείας του κτηρίου
- Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων
- Συντονισμός και διαχείριση κρατήσεων του γυμναστηρίου του κτηρίου
- Ταξινόμηση επιστολών και/ή δεμάτων στα διαμερίσματα
- Γενικότερη διαχείριση του κτηρίου ώστε να παραμένει τακτοποιημένο, και σε άριστη κατάσταση λειτουργίας
- Παράδοση διαμερίσματος στους νέους ενοίκους, καθώς και ξενάγηση στις εγκαταστάσεις και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους
- Συντονισμός της υπηρεσίας καθαριότητας ώστε να διατηρούνται οι χώροι σε άψογη κατάσταση
- Συντονισμός και επικοινωνία με τον τεχνικό του κτηρίου και/ή της αρμόδιας ομάδας συντήρησης για την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων στα διαμερίσματα και/ή στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του κτηρίου
- Πραγματοποίηση ελέγχου της κατάστασης των διαμερισμάτων που παραδίδονται πίσω στην εταιρεία και λήψη φωτογραφιών, αποστέλλοντας τα δεδομένα στο Τμήμα Διοίκησης του γραφείου
- Έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων των ενοίκων, όταν προκύψουν
- Συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Διοίκησης του γραφείου
